The multi-line capability of our office includes expertise in all lines of coverage including Auto, Property, Commercial, Liability, S.A.B.S., Municipal and Heavy Equipment claims.

J. Dean Onucki, is a licensed All Lines adjuster who has been handling claims in North-Eastern Ontario since 1980. Dean handles primarily property, liability, commercial, municipal and heavy equipment claims.

Audrey J. Taillon, also a licensed All Lines adjuster, draws on her multi-faceted background including 11 years claims experience and 13 years supervisory/investigational experience with the Federal Government. She successfully completed the Law Enforcement Investigators course at the R.C.M.P training academy in Regina, Saskatchewan. Audrey handles primarily S.A.B.S. and Bodily Injury claims.

Leslie Hayter is fully bilingual and took her insurance training at Algonquin College in Ottawa graduating in June 2000. Leslie returned to us after working as a commercial brokers assistant. She handles auto, property and municipal claims.

Our support staff includes Heidi Tadeus, who has worked in the insurance field since 1986.
